We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to lead Business Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Project Management Office (PMO) functions. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, business planning, financial governance, portfolio reporting, and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Drive operational governance and business performance across practices or business units
- Track key business KPIs including revenue, utilization, headcount, productivity, and margins
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Develop executive dashboards and MIS reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
- Partner with Business Leaders, Delivery Heads, Finance, HR, Sales, and Talent Acquisition teams
- 8–12 years of experience in Business Operations, FP&A, or PMO functions
- Expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis
- Proficiency in PMO & Portfolio Management, Demand & Resource Planning
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
