1. User Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to use JobSpri. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. AI-Powered Services

Our AI tools (Resume Builder, Job Matching) are designed to provide high-quality recommendations. However, you remain solely responsible for the accuracy of any content generated or submitted through the platform. JobSpri does not guarantee employment or specific hiring outcomes.

3. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its proprietary matching algorithms, UI design, and content, is the property of JobSpri Infotech Private Limited. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of our platform without explicit written consent.

4. Subscription & Cancellation

Payments for premium services are processed securely. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the next billing cycle. We offer a transparent cancellation process directly within your dashboard.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobSpri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the recruitment outcomes facilitated by our services.
