JobSpri is a professional network intended for recruitment and career development. Users are prohibited from:

• Posting false, inaccurate, or misleading information in resumes or job listings.
• Using automated scripts or scrapers to harvest data beyond our public API limits.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating an affiliation.
• Posting content that is offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on intellectual property.
• Engaging in spamming or unauthorized commercial communications.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring your resume and profile details are up-to-date and truthful.

3. AI Resume Builder Tools

While our AI tools assist in generating content, JobSpri does not guarantee the accuracy or the success (hiring result) of any resume generated on the platform. Users must review and edit all AI-generated content to ensure it accurately reflects their true experience and skills.

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of JobSpri are provided on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page.
• Automated recurring billing unless cancelled through your dashboard.
• Refund policies as per the "Refund Policy" section in your specific plan.

5. Limitation of Liability

JobSpri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of jobs, or loss of profits.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
