Business Analyst

Responsible for translating complex business challenges into data-driven AI and BI solutions. Works closely with clients, data scientists, and engineers to define requirements, design solutions, conduct experiments, and deliver actionable insights.

• Engage with clients to capture and validate business requirements
• Define success metrics and measurable business impact
• Translate business problems into AI‑driven solution designs
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure feasibility, scalability, and deployment
• Map customer data sources to reporting and BI requirements; design data models and dashboards
• Develop proof‑of‑concepts, demos, and solution narratives for presales
• Support RFP/RFI responses with business requirement insights
• Conduct hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and statistical analyses to validate solutions
• Interpret data trends and recommend optimizations based on KPIs
• Present solution designs, reporting frameworks, and analytical findings to leadership and clients
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, solution blueprints, and reporting documents
• Support testing, validation, and deployment phases for successful delivery

• MBA or equivalent degree with specialization in Business Analytics, Strategy, or Technology Management
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or presales
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exposure to AI/BI concepts
• Proficiency in statistical methods such as hypothesis testing and A/B testing
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and reporting frameworks
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
