Senior Associate Cloud Engineer at Standard Chartered India responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, highly available cloud solutions, working with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliability, efficiency and security of cloud infrastructure.

• Develop and execute cloud strategies to enhance performance, scalability and cost optimisation
• Provide architectural guidance aligning cloud solutions with business goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver effective cloud solutions
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Mentor junior cloud engineers and promote best practices
• Monitor environments for security vulnerabilities, compliance risks and implement automated monitoring, logging and alerting
• Ensure adherence to governance policies and optimise resource utilisation

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in technology
• Expertise in AWS or Azure (5-8 years)
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• Proficient in scripting with Python or Node.js
• Experience with code generation tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
