Global IT Infra/Cloud Engineer Senior Specialist – Gurgaon

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Global IT Infra/Cloud Engineer Senior Specialist to join the team in Gurugram. This role is responsible for integrating security practices throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud infrastructure operations on BCG Knowledge portfolio’s cloud-based services and infrastructure, bridging development, operations, and security teams.

• Execute a cloud infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals
• Design scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud architectures across AWS and Azure
• Manage cloud workloads, ensuring performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated deployments using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
• Automate provisioning and scaling by implementing Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container orchestration
• Deploy security monitoring and compliance automation tools like Veracode and Prisma Cloud
• Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments
• Optimize log management, observability, and monitoring using Datadog, CloudWatch, Splunk, and ELK
• Support MLOps for AI-driven applications and edge computing solutions
• Develop and execute incident response plans and real-time monitoring systems

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud platform engineering like AWS or Azure
• 4+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or Octopus
• 3+ years of experience in Packer, Terraform, and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Experience in Cloud Networking including VPC, VPN, Load Balancers, and DNS
• Experience with Sonarqube, Veracode, and monitoring tools like Datadog
• Experience in secrets management like HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, CyberArk
• Experience in Vector DB or Graph DB
