Salesforce is looking for an experienced Software Engineer MTS (DevOps Engineer) to join the Hyperforce Development Platform Support (HDPS) team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will develop, host, and support the Hyperforce continuous delivery and deployment platform, leveraging AI tools to drive productivity and customer success.
- Support and assist Salesforce developers using Hyperforce services
- Help customers onboard their services onto the Hyperforce platform
- Diagnose and debug deployment issues
- Develop and deliver training content and create documentation
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Slack, Python, and Generative AI
- Collect Slack metrics and generate executive dashboards for analytics
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field
- Customer success acumen with strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Spinnaker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm, or Terraform
- Experience with public cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, JSON, Git, and AWS CLI
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Slackbot
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
