Senior Cloud Engineer responsible for advanced troubleshooting, cloud architecture support, deployment guidance, automation, and technical leadership across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.
- Serve as escalation point for complex L2/L3 cloud incidents
- Design, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure solutions
- Lead cloud implementation, migration, and transformation projects
- Troubleshoot networking, security, performance, and availability issues
- Automate operational activities using Infrastructure as Code
- Provide technical mentoring to L1/L2 support teams
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures
- Implement cloud governance, security, and compliance best practices
- Collaborate with global delivery and project teams
- 7-12 years of experience in cloud engineering
- Strong expertise in Azure, AWS, and/or GCP
- Hands‑on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, PowerShell, Python, and Bash
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins
- Experience with Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE) and Docker
- Knowledge of networking, security, IAM, and monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, GCP Operations Suite)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms
