It Field Support Engineer

We are looking for IT Field Support Engineers to provide on-site technical support for the Reliance Retail project. The role involves installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT hardware, operating systems, network connectivity, and end-user devices at assigned retail locations.

• Provide on-site IT support at Reliance Retail stores and locations.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Perform OS installation, software setup, and basic system configuration.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
• Handle Outlook, email, and application-related troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the central IT helpdesk team for unresolved incidents.
• Visit assigned stores for break-fix and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned tickets and adhere to SLA/TAT requirements.

• Diploma or Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Desktop Support.
• Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for multi-store locations.
