Nexus India Info systems is seeking a Service Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and basic network infrastructure at customer locations in Chennai.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop computers and laptops
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related issues
- Install and configure network printers and scanners
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of printers, scanners, desktops, and related IT equipment
- Configure LAN, IP addresses, TCP/IP, network connectivity, and shared printers
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, desktop/laptop hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking
- Experience in installation and troubleshooting of network printers and scanners
- Hardware troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
- Willingness to travel to customer locations within Chennai and nearby areas
