Microstrategy is looking for an Associate IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive desktop and help desk support to technical and non-technical employees, executive management, and handle event support both on and off-site.
- Provide desktop and help desk support to technical and non-technical employees, executive management, and event support (on and off-site)
- Administer and build Windows and Apple computers
- Support software and equipment across the enterprise environment
- Resolve ticket requests with internal customers through troubleshooting issues of software, hardware, equipment, and mobile devices
- Perform upgrades, repairs, imaging, and configurations
- Experience with Windows and Apple computer administration and builds
- Strong troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, equipment, and mobile devices
