Mantras2Success is seeking an IT Desktop Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd level end-user support, troubleshoot IT issues, and manage hardware deployment in Mumbai.
- Respond to end-user calls (1st and 2nd level) and troubleshoot problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Deploy PCs, laptops, network and standalone printers, and other IT client hardware.
- Upgrade client operating systems and desktop applications.
- Provide IT technical training to end users as per business needs.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve service and incident requests, including user-reported problems escalated to level 2.
