- Build next best offer propensity models for cross-sell campaigns
- Develop customer churn prediction for savings and lending products
- Design and analyse A/B experiments for campaign optimisation
- Validate models against RBI model risk management guidelines
- Present model insights to CMO and Chief Analytics Officer quarterly
