- 5+ years ML engineering with time-series or telecom data experience
- Deep learning for time-series: LSTM, Transformer, and TCN models
- Reinforcement learning for network policy optimisation
- Python: PyTorch and scikit-learn
- Kafka and Spark for telecom network data pipelines
- Kubernetes and MLflow for ML platform and model management
- Build autonomous RAN optimisation ML models for Nokia AVA
- Develop predictive fault detection models from network PM counter data
- Implement reinforcement learning for self-optimising network policies
- Deploy models to Nokia AVA production platform serving 100+ operators
- Publish Nokia AI research at ICCW, GLOBECOM, and IEEE conferences
- Mentor junior ML engineers on telecom AI techniques
