Pine Labs is hiring Collection Executives to manage EMI repayment collections for the Bajaj Pay BNPL portfolio — reaching out to customers with overdue EMIs across Maharashtra through phone and digital channels.
- 1–3 years collections experience in NBFC, banking, or BPO
- Good Hindi and Marathi communication for collections
- Basic computer and Excel proficiency
- Target-oriented with strong negotiation skills
- NBFC or credit card collections experience preferred
- Contact 60–80 overdue BNPL EMI customers daily via phone and WhatsApp
- Negotiate repayment plans within Pine Labs collections policy
- Escalate high-value overdue cases to senior collections team
- Update CRM accurately with all customer contact attempts and outcomes
- Meet monthly EMI collection recovery targets
