- 2–4 years data analysis experience in banking or financial services
- Advanced SQL for Oracle or SQL Server banking databases
- Tableau or Power BI for executive dashboard creation
- Python for data automation and reporting
- Banking operations: branch metrics, NPS, and SLA management
- Strong Excel modelling skills
- Build operations dashboards for branch, digital, and call centre channels
- Analyse branch teller productivity and digital channel migration trends
- Track and report NPS and customer satisfaction metrics
- Build automated reporting pipelines for operations leadership
- Support monthly management reporting and MIS
