  • Any graduate with 0–2 years banking customer service experience
  • Good Hindi, English, and Marathi communication skills
  • Basic banking product knowledge: savings, credit cards, and UPI
  • Good computer and CRM proficiency
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving
  • Freshers welcome
  • Handle 45–55 inbound banking customer calls and chats daily
  • Resolve savings account, credit card, and UPI queries
  • Process simple service requests: address change, statement dispatch
  • Maintain CSAT above 90% and FCR above 80%
  • Update Kotak CRM with accurate interaction notes
