- Any graduate with 0–2 years banking customer service experience
- Good Hindi, English, and Marathi communication skills
- Basic banking product knowledge: savings, credit cards, and UPI
- Good computer and CRM proficiency
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving
- Freshers welcome
- Handle 45–55 inbound banking customer calls and chats daily
- Resolve savings account, credit card, and UPI queries
- Process simple service requests: address change, statement dispatch
- Maintain CSAT above 90% and FCR above 80%
- Update Kotak CRM with accurate interaction notes
