- 7–10 years retail credit risk management in banking or NBFC
- Personal loan and credit card credit policy expertise
- Statistical credit risk modelling: logistic regression and scorecards
- RBI ICAAP and Basel III credit risk framework
- Team management and mentoring experience
- CA, CFA, or MBA Finance from top-tier institute
- Own retail unsecured credit risk policy and underwriting standards
- Build and validate credit scorecards for personal loans and credit cards
- Monitor portfolio NPA trends and recommend policy adjustments
- Produce ICAAP credit risk assessment for RBI submission
- Lead team of 3 credit risk analysts
- Present credit risk strategy to Chief Risk Officer monthly
