- 6–9 years banking compliance experience
- RBI master directions: digital lending, KYC, and outsourcing
- CA or CS or MBA with banking compliance expertise
- New product compliance approval process management
- RBI inspection and internal audit coordination experience
- Strong written communication for compliance notes and opinions
- Review new banking products and digital features for RBI compliance
- Prepare compliance notes for regulatory approvals
- Monitor and track RBI circulars and master directions for bank impact
- Coordinate RBI Annual Financial Inspection preparation
- Support internal audit and Compliance Testing Unit reviews
- Provide compliance training to business and technology teams
