Business Analyst (IT)

Anand Rathi IT is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to gather requirements, document specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, objectives, and challenges.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Conduct requirement elicitation workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for the development team.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification in Agile environments.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate delivered solutions, and manage requirement changes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• MBA or M.Tech qualification
• Proven experience in business requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Familiarity with Agile environments and SDLC processes
