IT Business Analyst/Functional Analyst - Real Estate Funds Platform, AVP | Bangalore, IN

As an IT Business Analyst/Functional Analyst within DWS Global Technology, you will support the Alternatives business, focusing initially on Real Estate Equity products. You will partner with front and middle office teams to define business challenges, determine appropriate technology solutions, and bridge the gap between business needs and system implementations.

• Work with front office and middle office teams to define upcoming business challenges and determine required technology solutions
• Develop and maintain standard project artifacts including business requirements documents, test cases, and project plans
• Work with global, offshore, and third-party IT developers to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Analyze large data sets, process flows, and reporting flows
• Analyze and document current state systems flows and processes to bring transparency to dependencies
• Perform system integration testing, coordinate end-user testing, and plan rollouts

• Minimum 10 years of Business Analysis experience
• 5+ years of experience working within the Asset Management business
• Strong understanding of Real Estate Markets and operational processes
• Expertise in Asset Management, Portfolio Management, and/or Fund Finance systems
• Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong data analytical skills and advanced MS application skills
