Zoenix is hiring an experienced Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in the pension domain for a government-sector technology project on a 1-year contract.
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and use cases
- Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Perform gap analysis and impact analysis
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support UAT planning, execution and issue resolution
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and project reviews
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Relevant domain experience in pension administration, government pension schemes, or public-sector financial administration
- Strong documentation skills including BRD, FRD, and functional specifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and UAT execution
- Currently based in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida (NCR)
