Stalwarts Servicios is hiring a Business Analyst to help understand client requirements, coordinate project deliverables, and monitor system performance.

• Gather and translate business needs into functional specifications
• Support product implementation, client training, and ongoing functional support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects

• Understand client business requirements and operational objectives
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications
• Prepare process documentation, workflows and perform gap analysis
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure clarity of requirements
• Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients
• Assist in product implementation and onboarding activities
• Configure system rules and workflows based on client requirements
• Provide ongoing functional support and solution guidance to clients
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Track project progress and proactively identify risks or delays
• Monitor system performance, workflows and data movement
• Identify, analyze and escalate system-related issues

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to work
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
