Technical Support Executive

Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of commercial laundry machinery, diagnosing faults, coordinating with vendors, maintaining records, supervising team, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting equipment installation.

• Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of commercial washing machines, dryers, hydro extractors, ironing/finishing equipment and other laundry machinery
• Diagnose technical faults and ensure timely breakdown resolution
• Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime
• Coordinate with equipment vendors/service providers for technical support and spare parts
• Maintain records of machine breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance and spare consumption
• Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities for improving equipment efficiency
• Lead, guide and supervise the team at the laundry plant
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance SOPs
• Support installation, commissioning and shifting of laundry equipment whenever required

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or ITI
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in maintenance of commercial/industrial machinery
• Hands‑on knowledge of commercial washing machines, dryers, hydro extractors, ironing/finishing equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in team handling and manpower supervision
