Senior Customer Support Executive

Converse Placement Services India Private Limited is seeking a Senior Customer Support Executive to join our team in Maharashtra. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, handle technical support inquiries, and mentor junior staff to ensure exceptional service delivery in an international BPO environment.

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional service and support
• Handle technical support inquiries, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Train and mentor junior staff members, sharing best practices and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding customer experiences

• Proven experience in customer support and service, particularly in an international BPO setting
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Technical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service
