Technical Support Executive

Quick Smart Wash Private Limited is seeking a Technical Support Executive to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of commercial laundry machinery, diagnose technical faults, and supervise the operations and maintenance team at the Bhopal plant.

• Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of commercial washing machines, dryers, hydro extractors, and other laundry machinery
• Diagnose technical faults and ensure timely breakdown resolution
• Conduct regular inspections to minimize machine downtime
• Coordinate with equipment vendors and service providers for technical support and spare parts
• Maintain records of machine breakdowns, repairs, and spare consumption
• Lead, guide, and supervise the team at the laundry plant
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance SOPs

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, ITI, or a related technical field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the maintenance of commercial or industrial machinery
• Hands-on knowledge of commercial washing machines, dryers, and laundry finishing equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in team handling and manpower supervision
• Willingness to work on-site at a laundry plant and handle operational requirements
