PERSOL is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for a 1-year contract role based in Gurgaon, Haryana. The position involves managing IT support operations, resolving user incidents, and providing technical assistance across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android environments.
- Manage IT support operations and provide assistance to users
- Provide remote and escalation support using ServiceNow, Zoom, and other remote tools
- Support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems along with Apple, Dell, and Lenovo devices
- Record incidents accurately in the ServiceNow ticket management system
- Manage local and regional vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality IT service delivery
- 2+ years of prior experience supporting a complex technology environment and users
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with upper-intermediate English proficiency
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts
- Comfortable working 100% onsite
