Provide deployment and L2 support for IT infrastructure in Bangalore. Responsibilities include device deployment, rack & stack, cabling, asset tagging, inventory validation, deployment reporting, coordination with network and project teams, Day-1 go-live support, hypercare, and deskside support for Windows, macOS, and iOS endpoints.
