Sr QA Engineer

Senior QA Engineer responsible for ensuring product quality through manual and automated testing. Collaborates with development, QA, and business teams to create test plans, execute tests, track defects, and report quality metrics.

• Perform build verification, regression, and feature testing.
• Create reusable test data and maintain regression test suites.
• Develop automated test scripts using TOSCA, Playwright, and Postman.
• Document test results, produce status reports, and track defects throughout their lifecycle.
• Convert requirements and design documents into test cases and scripts, using Zephyr.
• Plan and execute test strategies, ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Provide regular updates on test progress, defect status, and overall quality metrics.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

• 6-8 years of software testing experience, with a focus on automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks and tools including TOSCA, Playwright, and Jenkins.
• Experience with test management tools such as Zephyr.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification in software testing.
• Experience in test strategy development, test case writing, execution and analysis.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance and testing principles.
• Documentation skills for reviewing specifications and requirements.
