Sr. QA Engineer

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead manual and automation testing for web, mobile, and data dashboards. The role involves functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and UAT testing, API validation, database checks with SQL, and building automation frameworks. Collaboration with product, BA, and engineering teams is essential, along with defect analysis and process improvement.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory and UAT testing for web and mobile applications
• Test data-heavy dashboards, reports and analytics for data accuracy, calculations, KPIs, filters, aggregations and business rules
• Validate data across database, API, application and dashboard using SQL and appropriate tools
• Develop and maintain UI, API and regression automation for critical and repetitive scenarios
• Perform mobile testing across devices, OS versions, network conditions and real‑world scenarios
• Conduct API testing including request/response validation, error handling, authentication and integration scenarios
• Participate in requirement/design discussions and identify quality risks, missing scenarios and edge cases early
• Investigate defects, perform root‑cause analysis and work with Engineering to prevent recurring issues
• Support release validation and production issue investigation
• Contribute to improving QA processes, automation coverage and overall product quality
• Use AI‑assisted tools for test‑case generation, automation, test‑data creation, defect analysis and productivity improvement

• 3-6 years of QA/testing experience
• Strong manual and automation testing skills
• Experience with web and mobile application testing
• API testing expertise
• SQL and database/data validation
• Testing data-heavy dashboards and reporting applications
• Experience developing or maintaining automation frameworks
• Proficiency with Jira or equivalent tools
• Git and basic CI/CD knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum
