As a Senior QA Engineer at Experian, you will focus on quality control and assurance to ensure products meet business requirements. You will report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate with development and cross-regional teams to maintain high quality and performance standards.
- Perform build verification testing, regression testing, and feature testing
- Develop automated test scripts using tools like TOSCA, Playwright, and Postman
- Create detailed test plans, strategies, and test cases using Zephyr
- Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle
- Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Provide regular updates on test progress, defect status, and overall quality metrics
- 6 to 8 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as TOSCA, Playwright, and Jenkins
- ISTQB or equivalent certification in software testing
- Experience working with SQL databases and understanding of quality assurance principles
