Snowflake Data Engineer

We are looking for a seasoned Snowflake Data Engineer to build and maintain high-performance data pipelines, collaborate with clients, and drive data architecture best practices across cloud platforms.

• Business Relationships with Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Developers, Analysts, and client stakeholders up to Head of Data Engineering and BI leadership levels

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or data architecture roles.
• At least 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Snowflake.
• University degree required; BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Snowflake certifications (SnowPro Core, Advanced) highly desirable.
• Strong SQL and Python (or equivalent) skills.
• Proficiency in ETL/ELT tools such as DBT, Matillion, or Talend.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of data modelling methodologies (star schemas, Data Vault, Kimball, Inmon).
• Hands‑on experience with data lake architectures and distributed processing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience with version control (GitHub, Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
