Senior Voice of Customer Data Analyst responsible for transforming raw survey data into actionable insights, building scalable data pipelines, and creating dashboards to support business decisions across arenaflex.

• Partner with stakeholders to translate commercial requirements into technical specifications for VoC initiatives
• Design, develop, and maintain robust data models for large‑scale statistical analysis and reporting
• Build scalable pipelines using Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python for batch and real‑time processing
• Implement and optimize data quality frameworks, ensuring accuracy and consistency of VoC datasets
• Collaborate with product owners, agile teams, and external partners to deliver incremental improvements to the VoC platform
• Develop automated dashboards and visualizations for business users
• Provide technical mentorship to junior analysts and data engineers
• Drive process automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and enhance insight delivery speed

• Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and scripting in a production environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
• Strong statistical background and ability to interpret complex datasets
• Experience working in agile teams with incremental delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
