Senior Data Analyst Remote, Data Entry & Analysis Expert for arenaflex

arenaflex is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their remote team. In this role, you will become a strategic partner to business units, turning raw data into actionable insights that shape product strategy, marketing initiatives, and customer experience enhancements.

• Designing and executing end-to-end analytical projects across multiple data sources.
• Developing interactive dashboards and visualizations that illuminate key performance indicators for signup funnels, trade streams, and customer journeys.
• Collaborating with product managers, marketers, and engineering teams to translate business questions into data solutions.
• Applying advanced statistical techniques to uncover drivers of user behavior and conversion.
• Optimizing SQL queries and Python/R scripts to handle large, complex datasets with speed and accuracy.

• A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytics function.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and transformation, coupled with strong scripting skills in Python or R.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle projects from scoping and data wrangling to model building and visualization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
