Senior Business Analyst – Veeva Vault CRM | 6+ Years | Gurugram | On-site | Immediate Joiner

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Life Sciences/Pharma experience and hands-on functional expertise in Veeva Vault CRM. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective Veeva solutions.

• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and actionable solutions.
• Work across key Veeva CRM capabilities including Event Management, Medical Affairs, Alignments, Targeting & Segmentation, MyInsights, Interactions, and MCCP.
• Support process mapping, gap analysis, UAT, defect resolution, and business sign-off.
• Work with teams on Veeva configuration, workflows, data, security, and integrations.
• Manage functional workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and priorities.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Support Veeva implementations, migrations, upgrades, and integrations.

• 6+ years of Business Analysis / Functional Consulting experience.
• Strong Life Sciences / Pharma domain knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault CRM and relevant Vault modules.
• Strong understanding of requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, functional documentation, and UAT.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and stakeholder management.
• Strong project/workstream and communication skills.
