Staples India Business Innovation Hub Private Limited is seeking a Security Analyst to work as a support analyst for the Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) solution. The role involves managing L2 and L3 support tickets, application onboarding, and ensuring production service availability.
- Analyze and resolve L3 and L2 support tickets
- Onboard applications in Ping AIC using standard out-of-the-box patterns (SAML, OAUTH/OIDC, SCIM)
- Execute application customization using JavaScript
- Support production incidents and restore service availability
- Good understanding of MFA, Passwordless authentication (FIDO2) and Identity Proofing
- Familiarity with SAML, OAUTH/OIDC, and SCIM protocols
- Experience with JavaScript-driven application customization
