Responsible for supporting Microsoft Entra ID, analyzing and resolving L2/L3 tickets, onboarding applications using standard protocols (SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM), customizing applications with JavaScript, and ensuring authentication solutions such as MFA, passwordless (FIDO2), and identity proofing are functioning. Handles production incidents and restores service availability.
