- 3–5 years SAP SuccessFactors functional consulting
- Employee Central core HR and position management
- Performance & Goals and Calibration module configuration
- Recruiting and Onboarding module implementation
- SAP SuccessFactors EC or PM&GM certification preferred
- Pharmaceutical or life sciences domain experience preferred
- Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central for pharma client
- Design Performance & Goals cycles and calibration workflows
- Implement Recruiting Management and Job Requisition processes
- Conduct HR requirement workshops with global HR SMEs
- Support SIT, UAT, and global go-live phases
- Train HR admins and managers on SuccessFactors features
