  • 5–7 years Java and Spring Boot development
  • Spring Cloud microservices architecture
  • Oracle or PostgreSQL for NBFC financial data
  • Kafka for event-driven lending workflows
  • RBI NBFC regulatory compliance in API design
  • Docker and Kubernetes
  • Build Spring Boot microservices for digital lending and insurance APIs
  • Design event-driven loan disbursement and repayment workflows
  • Ensure RBI NBFC regulatory compliance in all features
  • Write comprehensive JUnit tests
  • Lead technical design reviews for digital platform team
  • Mentor junior Java engineers
