Udaan is hiring a Product Designer to craft the B2B buying and seller experience for 3M+ small Indian retailers and 10,000+ manufacturers and distributors buying and selling on India's largest B2B platform.

3–5 years product or UX design experience
Expert Figma with strong portfolio of mobile and web product design
Experience designing for low-literacy or first-time-digital users
User research experience in Tier 2/3 Indian cities
B2B platform or marketplace design experience preferred
Hindi language proficiency for user research

Design Udaan buyer and seller app features for B2B commerce
Conduct field user research with kirana retailers and distributors in Tier 2/3 cities
Create Figma prototypes optimised for first-time smartphone users
Build and maintain Udaan mobile design system
Collaborate with engineers on interaction quality in production
Present design rationale to Udaan product and leadership team
