The QA Lead Engineer will provide technical and operational leadership for an offshore Quality Assurance as a Service team supporting The Energy Authority's application portfolio. The role will lead discovery, onboarding, knowledge transfer, QA backlog assessment, test planning, execution oversight, automation strategy, KPI baselining, defect analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Lead discovery, onboarding, and knowledge transfer for the QA team
- Assess and manage QA backlog
- Plan and oversee test execution

- Establish KPI baselines and monitor performance
