- 3–6 years product or mobile UX design experience
- Expert Figma with strong interaction design portfolio
- Experience designing for diverse Indian user segments across literacy levels
- Proficiency in user research and field studies
- Understanding of payment UX and financial product flows
- Accessibility design principles
- Design PhonePe mobile payment and financial service screens
- Conduct field research with rural and semi-urban users
- Build and contribute to PhonePe's mobile design system
- Prototype and test interactions with diverse Indian user panels
- Collaborate with engineers on interaction quality in production
