Acko is hiring Customer Experience Executives to handle insurance claims, policy, and general customer queries across phone, chat, and email for one of India's most innovative insurtech companies.
- Any graduate with 0–2 years customer support or insurance experience
- Good spoken and written English and Hindi
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM tool familiarity
- Customer empathy and problem-solving orientation
- Interest in insurance products and financial services
- Freshers welcome
- Handle 35–45 customer interactions daily across phone, chat, and email
- Guide customers through motor and health insurance claims process
- Resolve policy-related queries and complaints
- Escalate complex claims disputes to senior claims handlers
- Maintain CSAT above 90% and first contact resolution above 80%
