Acko is hiring Customer Experience Executives to handle insurance claims, policy, and general customer queries across phone, chat, and email for one of India's most innovative insurtech companies.

  • Any graduate with 0–2 years customer support or insurance experience
  • Good spoken and written English and Hindi
  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM tool familiarity
  • Customer empathy and problem-solving orientation
  • Interest in insurance products and financial services
  • Freshers welcome
  • Handle 35–45 customer interactions daily across phone, chat, and email
  • Guide customers through motor and health insurance claims process
  • Resolve policy-related queries and complaints
  • Escalate complex claims disputes to senior claims handlers
  • Maintain CSAT above 90% and first contact resolution above 80%
