Darwinbox is hiring Enterprise Account Executives to drive new logo acquisition for its HCM platform in the 1,000–10,000 employee enterprise segment across South India.
You will manage complex CHRO and CTO sales cycles and close ₹1Cr–₹5Cr ARR HCM platform deals for India's fastest-growing HR tech company.
- 4–7 years enterprise SaaS or HCM sales experience
- Track record of closing ₹1Cr+ annual enterprise deals
- CHRO, VP HR, and CTO stakeholder navigation experience
- HCM, HRMS, or payroll product knowledge strongly preferred
- Strong solution selling and RFP management skills
- Good technical aptitude for HR software product demonstrations
- Own new enterprise logo acquisition in South India territory
- Manage 6-12 month enterprise HCM sales cycles end-to-end
- Build and maintain 4x quota pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects
- Deliver compelling Darwinbox product demonstrations to CHROs
- Collaborate with Darwinbox implementation partners on deal closure
- Submit weekly CRM pipeline and forecast to VP Sales
