Genpact's Procurement BPO is hiring a Procurement Manager to lead the source-to-contract and purchase-to-pay operations for a Fortune 500 US technology company's global indirect spend category.

  • 7–10 years procurement or supply chain management
  • Category management: IT hardware, software, and services
  • SAP Ariba or Coupa e-procurement platform expertise
  • Contract negotiation and vendor management
  • CIPS or CPM certification preferred
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Manage IT indirect spend category for Fortune 500 client
  • Lead RFP/RFQ processes with technology vendors globally
  • Negotiate contracts and SLAs with IT suppliers
  • Drive 8–10% year-on-year cost savings through strategic sourcing
  • Present category savings and performance to client CPO quarterly
