Marketing Executive – Voice Process (US Healthcare / Medical Billing)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our US Healthcare Medical Billing team. The role involves outbound voice-based communication with potential clients in the US healthcare sector, promoting medical billing services, generating leads, and building long-term client relationships.

• Make outbound calls to healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals in the US market
• Promote and explain medical billing services and solutions
• Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets
• Handle client queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred)
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of US healthcare or medical billing (preferred)
• Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
