The Elitejob is seeking motivated and customer-oriented professionals to join our dynamic call center team handling Hindi and English voice processes. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing top-tier support and solutions across diverse service areas.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently in both Hindi and English
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate information or solutions promptly
- Manage customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and quality standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English
- Clear and pleasant voice with good pronunciation and articulation
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduation preferred
