IT Support Engineer -2 Years

Microlink Solutions Pvt Ltd, a leading IT Infrastructure and IT Solutions Provider, is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support in Jamnagar, Gujarat.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues, including operating system errors, application problems, and peripheral devices
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices
• Set up and maintain user accounts, email, and other IT-related services
• Assist with software installations, updates, and patches
• Support the deployment and setup of new hardware and software systems
• Ensure that all systems are running up-to-date antivirus and security software
• Manage and maintain asset inventory (hardware and software)
• Assist with network troubleshooting, ensuring network connectivity issues are resolved efficiently
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT policies and procedures
• Document all support activities and incidents in the helpdesk system
• Collaborate with senior support engineers and other IT staff to address complex technical issues

• Basic knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
• Understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business applications
• Familiarity with remote desktop software and helpdesk tools is an advantage
