E2M is looking for a Junior Desktop Support Specialist to manage, support, and secure our IT infrastructure. In this role, you will provide robust end-user support, handle helpdesk ticketing with strict SLA adherence, and execute system migrations and backups across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
- Handle IT incidents and service requests through the Helpdesk ticketing system, prioritizing and resolving tickets according to SLAs.
- Provide comprehensive support for macOS, Windows, and Linux systems, troubleshooting hardware, OS, and application issues.
- Perform system and data migrations, including macOS Time Machine, Windows-to-macOS transfers, and user data backups.
- Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls, VPN connections, and endpoint protection using Bitdefender.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and internal network issues.
- Manage endpoints, software deployments, and updates using Zoho Endpoint Central.
- Strong hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, and Linux systems
- Experience managing FortiGate Firewalls
- Proficiency in endpoint management using Zoho Endpoint Central
- Experience with endpoint security using Bitdefender
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Practical experience in network cabling and crimping
