ITSM Business Analyst

Hucon Solutions India Pvt.Ltd. is seeking an experienced ITSM Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) principles to optimize asset management processes and align IT services with business needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to ITSM and asset management
• Develop and maintain the CMDB to ensure accurate tracking of IT assets and their relationships
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within ITSM practices and asset management workflows
• Work closely with IT teams to implement solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
• Prepare documentation, including process maps, user stories, and requirements specifications
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on ITSM tools and best practices
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of ITSM initiatives

• Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and methodologies
• Strong knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) concepts and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in asset management processes and tools
• Proficiency in documentation and process mapping
