Information Technology Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to lead the Part Compliance Dashboard, working across Compliance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Business stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications and support the delivery of dashboards and data integrations for RoHS, REACH, POPs, and PFAS compliance.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for the Part Compliance Dashboard
• Lead end‑to‑end functional requirements definition and traceability
• Utilize Python to perform data analysis, automate validation, and support reporting processes for regulatory compliance datasets
• Facilitate requirements‑gathering sessions with Compliance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Regulatory stakeholders
• Develop and maintain Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) with process flows, data requirements, and business rules
• Translate regulatory and business needs into functional specifications for IT delivery
• Collaborate with IT teams on data sourcing, integrations, and transformations from upstream systems (e.g., PLM, ERP, supplier data)
• Define data standards, attributes, and validation rules for regulated substances
• Validate delivered solutions through functional testing, data validation, and UAT
• Provide ongoing production support and recommend continuous improvements to the dashboard

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise applications or reporting solutions
• Proficient in Python for data analysis, validation, and automation (including Pandas or similar libraries)
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and translating business and regulatory requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling
• Experience supporting compliance, reporting, or data-driven solutions at product/part level
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments
• Fluent in English
